At M. Castoria, we are committed to customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online experience, and ultimately, to be satisfied with your fur or leather purchase.

Following are frequently asked questions (FAQs) about our order, shipping and exchange/return policies. Should you have any unanswered questions, or simply prefer to discuss your fur or leather selection with one of our furriers, we would be happy to speak with you in person. CLUB CASTORIA

Membership to Club Castoria is complimentary and entitles you to a 5% discount on regularly priced non-clearance items. Members will receive periodic newsletters on the latest trends in fur fashion, as well as notification of special sales events.

PAYMENT

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Most card issuing banks require that the ship to name and address match the cardholder name and address; therefore, we are required to ship to the cardholder address, unless an alternative address is registered with your issuing bank.

Personal checks, American Express checks and money orders are also acceptable in US dollar denominations. Merchandise will be shipped once your check has cleared.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

We provide a Verisign certified, secure online order form, with industry standard SSL encryption, to transmit and process your order and credit card information. All information requested is held in strict confidence and used only to process and ship your order efficiently. We do not sell or divulge your personal or financial information to third parties at any time.

SHIPPING

You have the option of receiving your goods via the following delivery services: FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2nd day, FedEx 3rd day, FedEx International; UPS ground, UPS 2nd day, UPS 3rd day, UPS Global; US Priority Insured Mail; US Global Insured Mail. Shipping rates are based upon the weight and size of the package, the distance from our shipping center, and the delivery option you select. All packages are shipped with additional insurance for the security of your garment while in transit.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At M. Castoria, we realize that the purchase of a luxury fur or leather garment represents a substantial investment on the part of our customer. Therefore, we strive to send you the coat that fits you properly, suits your fashion lifestyle and truly meets your fur or leather needs. To insure your complete satisfaction, we allow a 7-day return or exchange period following the receipt of your garment. If the style, fit or color was not what you expected, you can contact us for a return authorization, and simply return ship the item to us. We will be happy to exchange the garment or issue a refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Original tags must be attached and intact for any returns to be accepted. Please note that custom or special orders and altered items cannot be returned and are final sales.

SIZING & ALTERATIONS & MONOGRAMMING

Concerned about sizing? In general, one size larger than your suit jacket size is a good indication of the size coat you will need. If you like a fitted look, select your suit jacket size. If you prefer a loose fit, one to two sizes larger is what you will need. Keep in mind that some styles are more fitted than others, and these are noted in the coat description. Minor adjustments to the sleeve and length are common alterations on fur or leather coats. Our furrier will be happy to make any adjustments to fit your measurements. Additionally, monogramming is available and recommended for your security and insurance purposes.

APPRAISAL

All fur and leather purchases come with a certified appraisal, which describes your coat and attests to its full retail value. You will need this documentation for insurance purposes.
